What we collect
When you send a move plan, we collect your name, phone number, locations, timing, service and transportation needs, property type, and notes. We collect your email only if you choose to provide it.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you about the move, understand the likely scope, and improve the planning process. Sending a move plan does not create a binding estimate or booking.
How it is stored
Move-plan submissions are retained in protected Cloudflare storage and copied to our Supabase lead database. This keeps your request available if one service is temporarily interrupted. A transactional email provider processes a private notification to our company inbox so we can respond promptly. We do not sell your personal information or add it to an unrelated marketing list.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the website or respond to your request, subject to their security and privacy obligations. Move-plan records are generally retained for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active customer relationship, dispute, or legal obligation.
Your choices
You may ask Moving for Jesus to access, correct, or delete your move-plan information by calling (919) 400-1844 or emailing joeybrown@movingforjesus.com.
Abuse prevention
We use short-lived, one-way technical fingerprints and submission details to limit spam, prevent duplicate requests, and protect the lead system. We do not store the raw network address for this purpose.
Website measurement
We count page views, phone-link clicks, booking-marketplace clicks, form starts, and completed quote requests to understand how the website helps customers. A random session identifier expires after 30 minutes and is stored in your browser tab. We record the page, selected service, approved campaign labels, a source category such as Google search, and a request reference for completed inquiries. We classify referring sites without retaining their full URLs in measurement records. For submitted inquiries, we retain the first landing page separately from the submission page and use the inquiry ID to connect that source to qualification and booking records. Only approved page paths are retained for landing-page measurement, without query strings or fragments; unavailable attribution remains unknown. Clicking a phone or marketplace link is not counted as a booking. These measurement records do not contain your name, phone number, or email. We do not use advertising trackers, and we respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings. A daily one-way network fingerprint helps limit automated event submissions.
