These photos come straight from our own jobs. Joey checked every one and has permission to share them. Each job is labeled with the town and the month only, never an address.

A mover lifting chairs out of a self-storage unit packed to the door. At the same facility, a rental truck loaded with a round table and chairs, a bed frame, desks, monitors and a rolled rug.

A wooden four-poster bed frame standing with its slats in place in an empty bedroom. The box spring and mattress lean against the wall in the hall.

Loading a rental truck: moving bags wheeled up the ramp on a hand truck and stacked into a tight wall, storage totes set in beside them, and a wooden dresser carried by two movers through the front room and along the walkway.

In the morning the attic room was crowded with lamps, a folding table and a filing cabinet. By early afternoon it was bare floorboards under the old brick wall. Another room in the same older house stood bare, with the vacuum out by the window.

A large flat-screen TV pulled out from the wall on its articulating mount, in a room with a sloped ceiling.

Boxes, suitcases and clear totes stacked floor to ceiling at the front of a rental truck, with the fragile box upright in the middle. The truck stands at a self-storage facility with its ramp down.
